On the 10 th of October, 5 Welkom 40 Tablers hopped into a bakkie and decided to go to Bloem – just to give Bloem 158 some
gas. We were quite a squeeze as Hennie Breytenbach’s bakkie seemed too small for the high spirits of the Tablers.
Welkom has always enjoyed going to Bloem for a raid and 158 are great hosts. The Tablers stopped at the newly opened
Hennie’s in Preller for an obligatory site visit. We just had to confirm that all is above board, and we can now categorically
state that it is safe to go to.
We arrived at 158’s Clubhouse and the Tablers were in the middle of one of those serious discussions that has to happen in
any Table at some point. The idea of raids is to build fellowship and learn from each other. This we got in full force!
