For the whole of 2022 there was quiet excitement in the Welkom 40 family. Danika Breytenbach was pregnant and Eddie’s
chest was so wide that he could not fit through the clubhouse door…
Eddie and Danika welcomed Edmund into the world on the 6 th of October 2022. Both Mom and baby came through the birth
in excellent health and we are all very excited to see him grow up in front of us.
Edmund was also a guest at the Progressive dinner and I don’t think Edmund ever sat in his own pram or cot. He was carried
around and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Welkom 40 would like to congratulate Eddie and Danika and wish them the best for the future with Edmund. We would also
like to congratulate Hennie Breytenbach – he seems almost as excited as his twin brother!
