Welkom 40 had our Annual Winter Knights drive again in front of Ocean Basket in Welkom on Friday
2nd of June. We collected R2400 in cash and 12 Bags of old Clothes and Blankets.
As winter approaches and temperatures drop, many individuals and families in our community face
the harsh reality of enduring the cold without adequate warmth. In response to this pressing need,
the Winter Knights initiative has emerged as a shining beacon of hope. With a noble goal in mind,
the project aims to collect blankets and old Clothes from the community, bringing comfort and relief
to those who need it most during the frigid months.
